Williamsburg Fretwork Flat Fireplace Screen The Williamsburg Fretwork Flat Fireplace Screen is handmade in Europe using old world forging
methods for Minuteman International. Designed by ACHLA Designs using geometric designs that pay tribute to the historic and classic role of geometry in product design. Geometric designs were extremely popular during the 18th Century, particularly between 1745 and 1770. In the garden, shrubs, flowers and paths were organized into interesting patterns of diamonds, circles, rectangles and squares, and similar patterns graced gates, fences and benches. Inside the home, elaborate pattern work, often described as fretwork, served as decorative ornamentation on everything from furniture to fireplace fenders. Look in our Fireplace Tools and Accessories for matching or similar style Fireplace Tool Sets. Finish is Graphite Powdercoat. Shown with optional Log Holder.
