At inandoutdoorproducts, We stand behind every product we sell. If we make a mistake or the factory ships the wrong item we will correct it as quickly as possible .
Due to the volume of orders we receive some orders might take longer to ship than the normal shipping time posted.
During the Christmas Holidays we try to have everything shipped promptly however shipping times could vary we recommend that you place your orders early enough so your order will arrive in time.
Mail Order
We will accept any order by mail. The order must have the Item Number, A Description of Item, Price plus Shipping.
Money Orders & Cashiers Checks will be processed on receipt. Orders paid with a personal check will be processed 15 days from receipt in order for check to clear bank.

At inandoutdoorproducts.com we offer a flat ground shipping rate of $9.95 for all orders under $98.99 and free ground shipping for orders over $99.00 shipped in the 48 Continental
United States. We will ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico for additional shipping charge. Please Contact Us for shipping rate. We will also ship to Canada please Contact Us for a shipping quote.
Most products are shipped normally within 2 to 3 days of order with the exception of Whitehall Products. Whitehall products are made to order and are shipped within 10 to 21 days of order. Any items that may be out of stock at time of order will be notified of expected shipment date. If the item ordered will not be shipped in an acceptable time frame, you have the option to cancel order when informed of shipment status.
We ship all orders UPS Ground, Fedex Ground or USPS Priority Mail, unless requesting otherwise. The additional shipping charge, after your approval is received, will be added to your purchase at time of shipment.

Defective Products
Any products found defective within 30 days of delivery will be replaced or repaired. Warranty information for individual products should be included with every order.
Ordered or received wrong item
If you made a mistake and ordered the wrong item you will be responsible for shipping the wrong item back and will be charged shipping to send the correct item to you. If we made a mistake and sent you the wrong item we will promptly send you the correct item and pay to pick up the incorrect item.
Damage and Returns
At inandoutdoorproducts we try to ship your products to arrive safely and undamaged however unfortunately damages do occur. If you receive a shipment that has visible damage to the box immediately inspect contents for damage or missing parts while delivery driver is still there. If driver does not want to wait, refuse shipment and call us immediately we will arrange to ship a replacement to you. If your order was left at your door and you can see that the box has damage do not open it. Call us first.
Products that have defective or damaged parts in most cases we can have the parts replaced without having to return the entire product. We will work with the manufacturer to get
this problem resolved in the quickest amount of time possible.
Non-Defective Returns
NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED 7 DAYS AFTER RECEIVING ORDER
Returns that are not damaged or defective
If you want to return an item that is not defective and you just want to return it. You will be responsible for shipping charges both ways. In the case of items shipped offering free shipping you will charged for shipping both ways also. A restocking charge can be charged from 5% to 30% of the cost of return to manufacturer. If an item is returned to inandoutdoorproducts a restocking fee will be determined and you will be responsible for shipping charge both ways. All shipping and return fees are non-refundable.
All returns must be authorized before the item can be returned and must be unused in its original box and packing. Any products that have been opened and removed from its original sealed packaging, assembled or used can not be returned.
Returns will be credited to your credit card once the product has been received back and the company has issued credit less any restocking fees.
Warranty
All of our products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty
