Warranty
All of old Adirondacks Funiture comes with a 5 Year limited Warranty. If any piece of furniture is proved to be defective by reason of improper workmanship and/or material we will replace, at our discretion that part or the whole product at no charge to you. This warranty does not cover defects caused by: modification, alteration, or repair of the product by anyone other than the factory.
Returns
To receive credit for returned merchandise, a return authorization number must be issued prior to return. All packages must be labeled with that authorization number provided and the furniture is returned prepaid within 15 days, undamaged, unused, and in its original packaging.
Freight Damage
Customers should fully inspect for any damage and make sure its noted before signing for delivery. If any damage has been found please contact us immediatly for further instructions.
